Renault Australia are now seeking to engage a Training & Development Specialist to join the Renault Sales & Network team.  This position will have key responsibility for partnering with stakeholders across the business, to increase the effectiveness of Renault Dealership staff through the ongoing development and implementation of structured learning and development programs for the Renault brand. 

 

This position will report directly to the General Manager of Network Development, with key responsibilities for the following:

  • Partner with internal and external resources to develop and continuously improve the provision of training and development for the Network.
  • Develop and deliver training programs through suitable channels, to include classroom, online, in Dealership and 1:1 mentoring.
  • Manage and coordinate the services of external training providers for the delivery and facilitation of Renault training programs.
  • Manage the delivery and facilitation of training programs as appropriate such as product training, product launches, skills training etc.
  • Maintain develop and administer Renault online Learning Academy to:
    • Develop and deploy a structured learning pathway for Dealership staff
    • Promote upcoming training courses and product launches
    • Facilitate e-learning through an online education platform
    • Measure training attendance and learning outcomes
  • Manage and execute Network training and development projects as identified.
  • Manage the training & development calendar for the Network, championing participation across the Network.
  • Managing attendance, assessment, training needs and training records for all users.

     

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Human Resources required.
  • Certification IV in Training & Assessment preferred.
  • Experience in training and development, and/or human resources, within an automotive environment essential.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deliver clear and concise messages to the business and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills & capability to multi-task.
  • Project management experience with demonstrable ability to execute strategic plans.
  • Highly evolved presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate clear and logical methodology.
