The position includes the following duties:
- Answering both phone calls and email enquiries from clients
- Listening to clients questions with a view to resolving on the first call
- Keeping up to date with changes relating to CCMS and other child care related topics
- Working as a part of a team in sharing information and workload

Previous experience with CCMS software is essential along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You should have a sound understanding of childcare, preferably also in relation to the management of CCB, CCMS, CCS and other parts of childcare administration.

The support centre operates between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday so you should be available every weekday for rotating shifts within these hours. QK's office is based at Murarrie near the southside of the Gateway Bridge, so your own transport is preferred.
