The Role
Due to the growing demands for our courses, we are seeking contract Disability Services Workplace assessors to conduct and assess workplace visits. This position pays $116 a visit including travel and assessment. For the right applicant this role could become a Trainer and Assessor role in our growing college. The role requires you to:
- Conduct workplace visits whilst the Disability Services students are on placement
- Monitor, mark and conduct student assessments in the workplace
Is this you? Our Assessors must have the following key selection criteria:
- Current and extensive experience in disability services
- Experience in teaching or lecturing is desirable but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A relevant vocational qualification at the Diploma or degree level.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant industrial/professional experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 / 40116)
- Current Police Check
- Own transport
Our workplace visits take place in the following areas. Please indicate where you are able and willing to travel in your application:
- Eastern suburbs
- North shore
- Western Sydney
- South Western Sydney
- Northern beaches
- Inner city
