The Role:
As the Sales and Enrolment Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with all course inquiries, student registrations, administrative functions, and conducting enrolment sessions onsite in your region. This is a fast paced role that will see you on the road conducting enrolment sessions and working primarily with potential students while supporting the business to business sales activity within a highly successful team in Northern Queensland.
The holder of the position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Coordinating direct marketing to, and enrolment of, participants
- Coordinating activities of the sales process, including; processing incoming enquiries, student registration, data entry, and correspondence
- Supporting the creation of relationships with key stakeholders in industry
- Coordinating business development administrative tasks to ensure compliance, meeting KPIs and timeliness objectives
- Liaising with program coordinators and administration team members to support delivery of compliant services
- Engage and collaborate with other teams and all stakeholders to achieve efficient and effective implementation and improvement of relevant business processes
- Manage grievances and process issues, resolving them where possible and escalating them when required
Do You Have What It Takes?
As the successful candidate will have an understanding of the VET Sector, VET Compliance and adult education practices. Your previous experience in a similar role will enable you to coordinate activities of the sales process, including; processing incoming enquiries, student registration, data entry, and general correspondence while supporting the foundation of relationships with key stakeholders in industry. You have a natural ability to present to groups and you have genuine passion to help people!
