Graphics, Industrial Design & Technology teacher + PE, Hervey Bay area

For a small private community school in the Hervey Bay area we are looking for a passionate and experienced graphics, industrial design and technology teacher and not afraid to also teach a few PE classes.

About the school

• Small yr 3-12 private school.
• Committed to achieving the highest levels of teaching from staff and academic potential from students.
• Has a unique self directed approach to teaching and learning
• Provides a strong sense of community and belonging.

About the role

• Years 7-12.
• Fulltime, permanent position with ASAP start.
• Teach graphics, industrial design and technology (yr 7-12) as well as a few PE classes (yr 7-10)
• Communicate effectively with students and other members of the community, including the use of appropriate interpersonal skills.

About you

You:

• Are an Australian Citizen or Resident with valid work rights.
• Have a valid current registration with QCT.
• Are a qualified Graphics and ID&T Teacher.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, are a team player and quick learner
• Are tech savvy and know how to use technology in your classroom
• Support the Christian ethos of the college.
