Our Centre
River City World of Learning has proudly received an Exceeding rating under the NQS! We are a high performing, high occupancy centre on the cusp of Brisbane CBD who has built well established relationships with our families and children over time.
We have a rare opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our centre and interact with professional families who are invested in the care and education of their children. We have a dynamic team of long term educators, and our centre is well equipped with fantastic resources and programs. As the Early Childhood Teacher you will deliver a high-quality kindergarten program to the children. You will be provided with an opportunity every day to document learning during a non-contact time dedicated to programming.

Your role
- Assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress and ensure school readiness
- Plan and Implement a developmental and educational appropriate program for each child
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Sustain effective communication with parents
- Maintain and manage the resources for your room
Your skills and qualifications
- Holding or studying towards an ACECQA approved degree in Early Childhood Education
- A current Blue Card
- An ability to implement great curriculum
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
