Student Administration are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking, and innovative manager with proven experience in a front facing service environment. Under the guidance of the Deputy Director, Student Administration, the Manager Client Services will be responsible for the effective operational management of two physical Student Centre's as well as support to students studying digitally. This position will ensure service and quality standards; contribute towards the strategic objectives of Student Administration; demonstrate sound leadership to staff and be able to support and engage effectively with the broader Griffith community. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their competency in data extraction, analysis and development of digital reports. This role will be part of, and contribute to, the strategic direction of the broader Student Centre management team.

The opportunity
Student Administration is the administrative interface point for all student inquiries. As the Manager Client Services, you will manage a front-line team who use multiple communication channels including face-to-face, phone, chat, and customer relationship management (CRM); and ensure adherence to University deadlines. In support of this component, you will be required to provide administrator support for some of our online communication tools. You will also have portfolio management responsibility for a team of staff who process core work for the University, including but not limited to, credit for prior learning, graduation checking, program advice and complex enrolment work. This team of staff work very closely with our academic colleagues to ensure positive and timely outcomes for students.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Nathan campus.

About you
To be successful within this role you will have exceptional leadership and management attributes with strong communication and complex problem solving skills. You will have experience in a high volume service environment and be able to access information from enterprise systems as well as demonstrated competency using the Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable given the complexities of working within a highly legislated and policy governed organisation.

Salary range
HEW Level 9: $108,386 - $112,261 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $126,812 - $131,346 per annum.
