The Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic qualified Early Childhood Teacher at Tarneit Central Kindergarten.

You will work in close partnership with the service and community to extend upon, support and implement appropriate developmental and enriching programs in accordance with the EYLF and national regulations.

Tarneit Central Kindergarten is a modern, purpose-built kindergarten located alongside Tarneit P-9 College. Our team of nurturing and experienced educators deliver high quality and inclusive three and four-year-old kindergarten programs that help each child realise their potential.

This is a part-time position working 24.75 hours per week as outlined below, within a group of 4-year-old children

  • Monday: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:15 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm

This is a fixed term position commencing on 13 August 2018 and concluding on 21 December 2018

The successful applicant must possess the following outlined requirements:

  • A Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration
  • National Police Check
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Asthma Certificate
  • Right to Work in Australia
