ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for enthusiastic, top quality educators who have obtained the required qualifications, skills and knowledge essential in providing a high quality service. The perfect candidate will have a keen interest in children and the industry, whilst placing importance on fostering a healthy, happy and safe environment at Ready 2 Learn.
You will be committed to delivering a high-quality service, while being a part of a positive team environment. As a dedicated and passionate Educator, you will possess demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents, families and other educators. You will maintain a professional presentation, wearing our uniform with pride and collaborate with co-educators and others effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Traineeship in Children’s Services / Certificate 3 / Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Holds a current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
- Holds a cleared Working with Children Check (WWCC)
