With 10 campuses across Melbourne, Bendigo, Castlemaine and Echuca, we are one of Victoria's largest vocational training organisations.
We are currently seeking a Student Training Advisor to join the Construction and Industrial team based from Hallam.
The Role
The primary role of the Student Training Advisor:
Sign up new students using the correct documentation and following the Automotive, Construction & Industrial procedure;
Provide accurate information to employers and students, assisting them to choose from a range of existing electives and complete department forms and liaise with the Administration Department to keep the department student tracker up to date;
Responsible for ensuring all student fees are paid prior to a student attending training and will be required to work closely with other Department(s) staff and other Administration Officers within the campus;
Liaise with students/apprentices/employers to resolve issues with training and education.
Key Selection Criteria
Trade qualification with substantial experience of apprentice training and a broad knowledge of the Construction & Industrial Industry;
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA and or TAE) would be an advantage but is not essential.
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one.
Victorian Drivers Licence
