A day in the life of a Centre Manager requires the managing of daily operations in line with KPI's, procedures & company policies. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, manage rosters and keep a passionate compliancy with state legislation and NQS. A lively & enthusiastic demenor is key for this role in order to maintain a harmonious relationships with parents, team members and parents alike.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Current working with children check
- Great communication, leadership & management skills
- High organisation skills & the ability to multi-task
- Extensive knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards & rating and assessment
process - Strong experience of the sector
- Willingness to register as a Nominated Supervisor
- Holding a Diploma in children Services or an Early Childhood degree
