The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of VIC, you'll be tasked with leading and developing a portfolio of 8 early learning centres within the Guardian family across the northern suburbs of Melbourne

A busy, fast paced and hands on role, your typical working week will be primarily out in your centres, coaching and developing your team. You'll have a focus on guiding the pedagogy through your Educational Leaders, professional development of your leadership team, and the day to day management of leading multiple businesses.  You're a passionate leader focused on driving the implementation and embedding our Guardian curriculum inspired by Reggio Emilia, in addition to the NQF. You'll be increasing occupancy levels, maximising wages and performance, and driving our satisfaction ratings across your group of allocated centres.

Your success in this role will come from your ability to maintain (and continuously innovate) a happy and healthy working environment for both your educators and the children, your drive to deliver positive financial performance in your centres, and to support and lead in the professional development and growth of your people. About you

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-site leadership experience is essential!

  • A working knowledge of compliance requirements within the National Quality Framework, and the regulations/law.   
  • Ability to collaborate across the business on key Marketing strategies to grow your portfolio of centres
