About us:
Our Boutique friendly centre has been in the area for many years, having very good relationship with the local community, lovely community of families and children. We are a family run centre that understand what's like working and having a good life balance.
Our centre ethos encompasses nature based learning, art and outdoor education.
About the Position:
The position has risen to take the centre to the new education level and the ideal candidate will be given all the help and resources to excel in the position and to be able to express their vision.
You will be part of a team that is committed to the well being and education of children. You may have years of experience or currently be studying your Bachelor of Teaching, Early Childhood.
However we are seeking someone with a proven ability to run an outstanding Preschool program and experience with the 3-5 age group.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care / Children's Services (Any overseas qualifications must be approved by ACECQA.)
- Or working toward Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate.
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certifcate (desirable)
- The attitude to making a difference in children's life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills (including written) with children, families and staff
- Basic technology skills for use of online portfolios
- Develop, plan and implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Meet elements based on the National Quality Standards
- Comply with centre Policies and Procedures
