Principal/Head of Campus

Are you an experienced Deputy Principal or HOD and ready for the next step in your career? Or are you already a Principal and looking for a change?
Randstad Education is looking for a teaching principal/head of campus for a small private school in Toowoomba.

About the school

• Small yr 3-12 private school.
• Committed to achieving the highest levels of teaching from staff and academic potential from students.

• Part of one school with multiple campuses.

About the role

• Responsible for the management and professional leadership of the campus on a day to day basis.
• Responsible for delivery of the curriculum and meeting statutory and reporting requirements
• Work closely with Heads of other Campuses as well as the community and regional principal
• Teach up to 9h per week

About you

You:

• Are an Australian Citizen or Resident with valid work rights.
• Have a valid current registration with QCT.
• Have experience managing teams up to 15 staff
• Are great at mentoring, building relationships and stakeholder management
• Have no problem managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Are a warm person, but can also be strict and fair
• Support and respect the school’s ethos, values and guiding principles
