About the opportunity
We are seeking a diploma qualified educator who is passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our community based early learning service. The role is to work directly with 2 other educators supporting the development and implementation of a high quality education program in a childcare setting. Provision of high quality programs, excellent team communication and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.
About you
We are looking for a dedicated person to join our small community based early learning service. A Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA) is essential, with prior experience in an early childhood setting. Delivery of high quality programs, empathy, resilience, good communication, a desire to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to participate in the creation of a positive team culture are a must.
