Greenwich Management College (a division of Greenwich English College, one of Australia's biggest ELICOS colleges and a member of the RedHill Education Group) is seeking Trainers and Assessors for our Diploma of Event Management course.
Greenwich Management College has been successfully delivering VET programs in Melbourne since 2016.
Greenwich Management College Melbourne is seeking highly motivated, experienced and qualified trainers and assessors to deliver:
- SIT50316 Diploma of Event Management
The successful candidate must have the following experience, knowledge and skills:
- Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies
- Must be able to design and develop assessment tools and other learning resources
- Ability to translate industry experience into quality training
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
- Well organised with outstanding time management skills
- Ability to work collegially and autonomously
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment
- Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015
Professional Development
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities in the relevant area
- Practicing trainers and assessors must also provide evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities for the VET industry in training and assessment.
Qualifications
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN unit, LLN411)
- Certificate IV, Diploma or higher in Event Management
- Bachelor's degree or above
This is a part time/casual role.
