ABOUT THE ROLE
A position has arisen within the Knox Grammar School Boarding Team for a casual Weekend Supervisor. To commence as soon as possible, you will need to be available to work during the day every Saturday and/or Sunday for up to 10 hours per day.
The role requires:
- Experience or demonstrated interest with boarding
- Appreciation and understanding of what is important in a successful boarding environment for boys
- Ability to relate well to boys, staff and parents
- Self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Support for the ethos of the Uniting Church
- An understanding of the issues and strategies around the Positive Education of boys.
- A current First Aid Certificate
