Migration Agent Position Available

We are an education and migration agency seeking a full time and a part time registered migration agent based with a can do attitude. The company is base in City centre and the hours of work would be from 9:30 AM to 17:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Main Duties:

• Dealing with clients' enquiries
• Provide migration assistance
• Case management
• Liaise with Department of Home Affairs, AAT and all other relevant authorities
• Prepare and lodge visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs;
• Prepare and lodge submissions to AAT regarding cancellations and visa refusals.
• Liaising with new and potential clients regarding services provided by Migration Solutions
• Following up visa applications with Department of Home Affairs  
• General office and administrative responsibilities
• Participate in the company marketing events (e.g. Open day, seminars and Education and Migration expo)
• Managing migration team

Mandatory Requirements

• Current registration with OMARA
• Must have excellent oral and written English
• Speaking a 2nd language preferrabbly Mandarin
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• IT skills is essential: Advanced in MS word, spreadsheet and outlook
• Self motivation and initiative
• Excellent customer services
• Attention to details
• Flexible hours
• Can do attitude

• AAT review

• Business visa
• Tourist vis
• Parent migration
