Job Description
Kuehne & Nagel is seeking a highly experience Customer Service Representative to join our Key Account team based in Alexandria. This full time role reports to our Operational Key Account Manager and with your expertise in the freight forwarding industry there is genuine career progression available.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with key customers and relevant contacts within that business.
- Assisting with the development of customer presentations, including face-to-face contact with clients as needed.
- Ensuring that all document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards.
- Completing reports, costings and answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Your skills and experiences
- 5+ years freight forwarding industry experience
- Airfreight experience preferable
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- A 'can do' attitude
- Thinking outside the box
