Duties Include:
- Stocking and sorting product for packaging or filling machine operation along with replenishing packing supplies
- Assisting in the monitoring the operation of the machines to ensure that they have sufficient production to keep operating and delivering product during the shift
- Assisting with machine operation where required
- Removing finished packaged items from machine separating rejected items
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a fast paced FMCG or Pharmaceutical Environment
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control.
- Experience with quality control analysis and highly developed problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail including speed and accuracy
- Ability to complete tasks manually including assembly and packaging
- Good communication skills including reading and comprehension
- Be physically fit and strong - able to operate a pallet jack and move large volumes of raw and finished product from and to the machine.
Having your own transport is an advantage as is being flexible and reliable. Your proven experience working in a pharmaceutical or similar role is highly desirable as is your demonstrated experience performing manual handling of product.
