Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of employees to assist in the overall goal of ensuring that quality, health and safety requirements are met, efficiencies and financial performance are achieved and customer requirements are met

Hours of work

This hands-on role offers a Monday to Friday afternoon shift. We are looking for people who are flexible to cover weekend work as and when the need arises in order to support the business.

Accountabilities

  • Meeting all Quality, Health & Environment standards
  • Know and demonstrate all company values
  • Participate in site ECO structure
  • Provide quality product to your internal/external customers
  • Prevent waste (product, time, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance to all Company Policy and Procedures
  • Flexible in work areas
  • Drive safety through leading by example
  • Identify and report hazards or incidents
  • Observe product flow and people activity, correct as required
  • Manage daily operational roster
  • Participate in disciplinary meetings
  • Participate in corporate trainings and CI projects
  • Participate in daily/weekly KPI review
  • Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, legislation.
