We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy Kalgoorlie Warehouse. This hands-on role involves facilitation of all warehousing activities.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:

• Management and organisation to ensure completion of daily tasks
• Drive efficiencies within the Warehouse to ensure delivery times are adhered to and a high level of service is maintained
• Coordination of stock movement, order processing, inventory initiatives and placement within the Warehouse to ensure best practice procedures are achieved
• Liaise with all internal departments to assist with order locations, consignments or any special order requests
• Identifying areas for continual improvement and the implementation of these

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Prior working experience within a supply chain/ warehousing environment would be highly advantageous
• Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic;
• The ability to identify, report and resolve potential safety hazards and risks
• A high attention to detail and solid computer literacy
• A team player with good communication skills
• A current forklift licence  

You will be highly motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and suppliers. The most important attributes for the successful applicant will be strong interpersonal skills, leadership and approachability.
