Our client is a boutique forwarder who offer a personalized service to a niche client base. They use the latest industry software (Cargowise), have a very experienced team on hand to assist you to get settled, and a strong backing globally to ensure their clients receive a service to rival the big boys!
This position will initially see you handling import sea freight operations. Your duties will include registering jobs using Cargowise 1, lodging sea cargo automation, ensuring all documentation has been received to allow for swift Customs Clearance, organising transport and entering charges for invoicing. If you are keen to cross train, this friendly team are more than happy to show you the ropes when it comes to exports, helping to develop your knowledge and skill set and adding some new variety to your career.
- This is a full time permanent position.
- Applicants must have recent import sea freight experience gained specifically within an international freight forwarding environment.
- Experience using the Cargowise 1 operating system is preferred.
