We currently have an opportunity within our business for an experienced Asset & Compliance Officer to join our Engineering team.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager, the role is full time working in our Dandenong Branch.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Scheduling and organising the rack compliance works at Dandenong
  • Ensuring the Intranet is updated and all offshore rack paperwork is routinely updated and reviewed for the country
  • Ensure all rack paperwork is captured in the MEX system and monthly reporting on out of test racks is sent to the relevant locations
  • Monitor and maintain the bulk LPG tanks ensuring ongoing compliance (>190 kgs)
  • Facilitation of maintenance for bulk air gas tanks
  • Ensuring 100% compliance to the vessel movement form
  • Processing work requests
  • Capturing crucial maintenance data and looking for trends
  • Liaise with key departments in the lead up to maintenance to ensure out of test tanks are not filled, including monthly reporting on works achieved
  • Coordinating the use of 3rd part contractors during peak work periods

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the gas industry and 3+ years experience in a technical administration function.  Attention to detail and accuracy are pivotal to this role, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise in an ever changing work environment.
