This role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic 2IC/supervisor looking for that next step! Your exposure within a dynamic DC environment, will allow you to drive the success of the Credit/Repack team at our new Tullamarine facility.
Your duties and responsibilities will also include:
- Supervision of staff on the floor, including training, labour planning and day to day KPI and performance management (number of employees fluctuates from circa 20)
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with customer expectations and SLA
- Prepare and monitor the use of consumables within your area
- Plan the labour required to complete your task on budget in line with KPI’s
- Review your KPI’s and use reporting to develop ways to increase efficiency within your area
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and ensure the environment is safe to work in
As our successful candidate, you have proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse environment and you have outstanding leadership skills. Having exceptionally strong communication, planning and customer service skills will see you excel in this opportunity, as will good performance management skills and the ability to resolve situations efficiently and effectively.
