We are currently working with a Sydney based Precast Manufacture with 25+ years’ experience in manufacturing and installation precast products. Due to expansion of their operations the client is looking for someone to lead the quality aspects of production.

Quality Manager – Precast Manufacturing

My client is currently looking for an experience Quality Engineer/ Manager with a knowledge of the Precast Market.

• Review work practices and assist in the development of techniques, implementing clear systems and practices to the production process to ensure that the process runs efficiently.
• Assess quality systems for compliance with the factory's quality requirements.
• Perform internal audit activities to verify compliance with factory requirement to help with achieving ISO 9001.
• Conduct QA checks on both pre and post pour.
• Review quality reports and performance, and provide input to the project management monthly report

Required Experience  
 

• Previous experience as a Quality experience in a Precast yard.
• Experience in understanding the process of manufacture precast.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Knowledge of Pre and post pour checks.
• Final QA checks on panels prior to delivery.
• Excellent communication and enthusiasm.
