Who we are:

SGA Architectural Window Solutions is a specialist manufacturing business who produce custom Vantage Aluminium Windows and Doors for some of the most prestigious architectural properties on the North Coast.  With a reputation amongst leading builders and architects for creating the highest quality products, we're seeking an experienced Delivery Driver who can represent our company and deliver our products across the North Coast.

The Position:

Based at our Coffs Harbour operations site, you will be responsible for managing our deliveries, ensuring our customers receive their orders, in-full and on-time.  Your responsibilities will include,

• Maintaining a safe work environment and demonstrate safe driving behaviors on the road.
• Planning the weekly delivery schedule with the Production team.
• Ensuring a safe vehicle through pre & post-trip vehicle inspections, arranging repairs & services as required.
• Loading delivery vehicles, securing loads and transporting finished goods to site.
• Site Co-Ordination and allocation of products in liaison with Customers.
• Engaging with clients, (builders, architects & owners) representing the company in a professional manner.
• Continuous improvement of work practices to improve safety, efficiency & quality.
• Ensuring RMS compliance and company fatigue management policies are upheld & monitored.
• Possess a high level of physical fitness and be familiar with Manual Handling principles.
• Completing and signing of delivery dockets ensuring the production team are notified of any incomplete orders.
• Operation of Gantry Crane/loading and unloading of delivery vehicle.
• Other Manufacturing/Labouring duties as required.

Who are you?

As a team of craftsmen, we're looking for someone who is top of their game and can bring their experience and enhance the SGA operations objectives of safety, quality and efficiency.  You will be a Medium-Rigid licensed driver with at least 5 years' commercial driving experience and a minimum 2-year, clean driving history. Previous experience dealing direct with customers in a courteous manner is critical. Highly customer focused, you will be an excellent communicator who takes pride in their presentation and quality of work.

Other desirable skills/exposure include:

• Driving knowledge of the Coffs Harbour & North Coast Regions.
• Experienced in safe load handling and moving.
• Current Forklift license desirable.
