About the Company
Our client is an importer of medical products distributed on a daily basis and continually adding value to the quality of life to people all over the world. Their brand names are iconic and well recognised in the Medical Device market. As such, this business requires a candidate who believes they stand out in this field. Their modern offices are located in the Belrose Business Park.

About the Role
The role will have the responsibility for forecasting Demand requirements using SAP.

• Generate plans to effectively manage demand requirements for relevant business division product portfolios across short and long term horizons
• Replan the plan quantitatively across an agreed rolling horizon
• Analyse Sales and Forecasts to compare performance against the plan and improve overall integrated business plan
• Produce relevant reports and lead the Demand Review Meetings
• Monitor and measure actual sales performance vs forecasts including product launches and promotions
• Apply statistical analysis to provide insights, trends, anomalies, variables and make recommendations to ensure the availability of stock to meet the demand plan
• Collaborate with other departments to align demand with supply.

Skills & Experience
Overall your communication (both written and verbal) and analytical skills will be strong along with your interpersonal skills. You'll have a proven background in managing the Demand Planning function across the business. Experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
The successful candidate will have;

• Degree qualification in a related field or APICS qualifications
• 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, ideally within Medical/Pharma/ FMCG / Manufacturing
• SAP or other ERP experience and Advanced Excel
• Positive can-do attitude
• High level analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
