This diverse role will see you manage all aspects of the inward operation across two shifts (day and afternoon), ensuring the daily operation of the warehouse and associated distribution activities run efficiently and our Retail network is serviced seamlessly.

Managing a small team of direct reports and a diverse workforce your role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing inward receipting, put away processing and replenishment to meet key performance targets
• Maintaining accurate inventory processing and control
• Monitoring team and individual KPI's, and adequately communicate and report on them
• Supporting and managing team and individual performance to ensure high standards in service delivery are maintained
• Effectively managing WH&S
• Conducting regular checks and inspections of workplace equipment and facility to ensure safety and security standards are maintained

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent working knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practice including all areas of receiving, put away, inventory control
• Solid MS Office (Word, Excel) WMS skills (Manhattan experience is desirable)
• Demonstrated team management experience
• Ability to make and execute effective decisions
• A dynamic and adaptable approach
