Ravensdown Shipping Services, a Melbourne based Ship Operator, is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Operations Manager.
Working in a small but dynamic office, the successful candidate will manage the daily operations of a time-chartered fleet of about 15 Bulk Carriers and Loggers, trading worldwide.
Duties will include:
- Instructing Masters and Agents
- Purchase of Bunkers
- Laytime calculations
- Insurance Management
- Project Work
- Some Overseas travel will be required.
The position also works closely with the Chartering and Accounting departments.
A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
