Your Next Role - Engineering Team Leader
Our client is a highly respected market sector leader who continues to grow their market share. Our client is looking for a proven Engineering Team Leader to join their team based in Adelaide South Australia. This role reports into the State Manager and will see you take on the accountability of managing the day to day site Maintenance operations as well as some Production facets within a state of the art operations facility. Duties will include the daily management of: All aspects of the facilities Maintenance functions, Staffing, Machinery and Parts Management, as well as third party Contractual Maintenance Management, Budgetary reporting and control, OH&S Compliance, Preventative Maintenance functions, Reactive Maintenance functions, as well as overseeing core Production functions. Examples of Key Performance Indicators will be: Percent up-time, Staff development, L.T. I Frequency, P&L compliance, Plant Output etc. Other core attributes we are seeking in the candidate is a High Level of Customer focus, Relentless pursuit of continuous cost reduction, a Passion and energy for business, a sense of urgency, and a passion for Coaching and managing people. 

What You Will Need To Succeed
You will possess the following technical skills and personal attributes:

• A Maintenance Management background is essential
• A Mechanical or Electrical trade background is essential
• Willingness to perform Hands on Duties as required
• An additional Production background will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal is essential
• Team Coaching, and and a proven background in leading teams is essential.
• A proven track record in Continuous Improvement is highly regarded
