We are seeking applicants with a current extensive demonstrated history of flat glass production.

Client Details

Our client is based in Tingalpa, they are seeking a reliable and dedicated experienced Glass Production Worker to work in a large Glass Manufacturing business on an ongoing assignment with a view to a permanent position with a view to advancement into a senior role.

Description

You will be working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and solid work ethic is essential.

Your daily tasks will see you:

• Measuring and Cutting Glass
• Quality Checks and Control of stock
• Operating Glass orientated machines
• Interpreting plans and specifications
• Manual labour up to 20kgs
• Training to develop into a leadership role

Profile

Essential Skills / Experience

• Have worked in the flat Glass Industry before
• Experience working in an automated process factory environment.
• You will be able to demonstrate a positive work ethic, with a strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Work in a team environment with emphasis on producing high quality work delivered on time.
• Previous experience in supervision & leadership roles
• Knowledge operating manufacturing computers systems
• LF Forklift License
• Excellent time management skills
• Safety Conscious attitude

Job Offer

Monday - Friday

• Day Shift - 4.30am - 1.00pm Monday to Friday
• Occasional OT and weekend work
