This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated and proficient project managing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Engineering team through project management and service delivery for the timely and successful delivery of vehicle owner manuals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with creative and client service teams in a fast paced environment. Highly developed communication skills and the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with all stakeholders is essential as is the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and proactively respond to changing situations.
Responsibilities include:

Work closely with the client to monitor and communicate project status/delivery from a global team

Understand and obtain homologation and localisation information and help to incorporate into final product in accordance with local requirements.

Ongoing dialogue with engineers, legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate

Coordinate/facilitate/manage content market reviews with applicable business units

Oversee Content Development TS 16949 Procedures, Work Instructions, Training and Records according to the corporate quality system

Working with existing teams to improve communication, cooperation and operational efficiency

Identify areas for operational improvement through process or technology adjustments

Oversee and report content development key performance indicators and budgets
Education/Experience:
-
Relevant project management experience
-
Experience in similar role within an OEM
-
Technical automotive industry experience a plus

Exceptional communication and organisational skills
-
In depth knowledge of structured authoring systems utilising SGML/XML/DITA/XML formats to produce information. InDesign a plus

Excellent computer skills
-
Must have the right to work in Australia
Travel:
Domestic and international travel may be required to meet with engineers and stakeholders
