An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Commercial Lighting Company. Be part of an active yet dynamic team and working closely with key individuals from Sales, Projects and Warehouse to ensure adequate stock levels and make the supply chain process more efficient.

We provide sustainable solutions to clients such as Architects, Designers, Electrical Engineers, Builders, Developers, Electrical Contractors, Government Authorities, Retail stores and facilities Owners. With such a broad range of clients we understand the dynamic lighting market and the positive end to end impact each individual project can have for our clients.
The role:
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships and ensure customer deliveries are met.
- Work with suppliers and 3rd party Logistic companies to coordinate air and sea freight shipments
- Weekly monitoring of stock levels across multiple ranges, ensuring the warehouse receives the stock in a timely manner and working with the warehouse manager to resolve any variances.
- Manage processing of returns,
- Ensure all communication with internal teams is clear & timely.
- Provide stock on hand reporting and communication to the management team.
The Person
- Previous Stock control and internal freight experience required
- Great communications and customer service skills
- Process driven with a good attention to detail
- Be able to work in a small busy team and manage multiple projects.
