About the Company
Join an established and rapidly growing high-end consumer electronics manufacturer. They invest heavily in R&D, and as a result is market leader and innovator. It’s a growing Quality team, due to the high production volume increase lead by customer demand.
The business therefore wants to attract candidates from an Electronics or Manufacturing industry background, to be instrumental in building and improving their Quality Management System.
About the Role
It’s a growing Quality team, in a continuously growing high-end consumer electronics business. The business research & develops and manufacture locally in Australia.
It's a hands-on role, working with Operations to understand areas for improvement, automation of test procedures and physical inspection of incoming & in process goods.
You will interface between Operations and Senior management, implementing process improvements internally for manufacturing and externally with suppliers.
Skills and Experience
It is important that you are seeking a long-term role, with a business that will offer exposure to best-practice and long-term career growth.
- Quality Control and inspection of raw materials
- Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualifications
- Be a self-starter who has an eye for process improvement
- Collaborate with internal R&D, Engineering and external suppliers
