The Opportunity

This role requires someone who is highly motivated and comfortable working in both an administrative and hands on warehouse environment.

We are seeking someone who is proactive with the ability to multi-task and work with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Raising Purchasing Orders, Purchase Requisitions and receipting in SAP
• Reconciliation and accruals
• Collating reports and statistical information
• Ordering stationery and equipment supplies
• Contract Management
• Finance Reporting
• Pallet Management
• Providing backup support to various other department within the warehouse

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse admin position
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Word
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
• Capable of working under pressure
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Willingness to work on the warehouse floor doing physical inventory and pallet control
