ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced and with a can-do attitude Fleet & Travel Administration Officer to provide the highest quality fleet & travel administrative support.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Corporate Fleet and Travel Manager to discharge his duties in relation to the adherence to RCR policies and procedures specifically relating to the RCR fleet and travel.

Working in a close-knit team environment, this role encourages to take initiative and gives an opportunity to take ownership of the role. This fast-paced and demanding role requires effective communication, mature approach and ability to work effectively in partnership with all seniority levels in line with company’s corporate policies and procedures.

DUTIES

  • Implementation and Enforcement of RCR Motor Vehicle Policy and Guidelines
  • Administration of RCR Fleet to ensure policy compliance
  • Assist in timely reconciliation of fleet costs
  • Assist in Management and implementation of RCR Travel Policy and Guidelines
  • Assist in timely reconciliation of travel costs
  • Adhere to and enforce RCR procurement Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with other Corporate procurement related functions as required
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role in a medium to large company.
  • Practical experience working with ERP systems such as SAP / PRONTO.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • Problem Solving / Analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Excellent reasoning ability.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focus to act as advisor and problem solver.
