Our client a leading specialist in the engine and power generation industry is currently seeking an experienced Parts Administrator with Superb Customer Service Skills to join their team in Scoresby.

The Position will be available for an immediate start and will be ongoing (Subject to performance)

Working Monday to Friday this role will see you conducting the following duties:

  • Ensuring the Delivery of an Outstanding Customer Service experience
  • Ensuring that all customer enquiry’s related to Service, Sales & Support are processed & received by the company’s Support Centre
  • Ensure Adherence to the Company’s systems & processes for Quality Control & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that Administrative tasks relating to the Customer Support Centre are completed in a timely manner

To be successful for the role must have the following skills and experience:

  • Min 2 years’ experience working within an Administrative & Customer Support role, preferably in an Engine Parts or related Industry
  • The ability to be flexible with the hours worked each week as the Customer Service Desk is operational from 8 am to 8 pm Mon to Fri
  • Must be able to work reasonable Overtime as & when required
  • You Must have excellent Data Entry skills & a willingness to do repetitive tasks to a highly efficient level
  • Must be proficient in the use of Windows Based PC programmes
  • Must have the ability to work both Autonomously or as part of a Team
  • You will have Outstanding Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • A First Class attitude towards Workplace Health & Safety is essential
