Concept Engineering have an immediate vacancy for one more suitably qualified Second Class MIG Welder to work in this highly successful manufacturing business located in Preston.
Duties are varied, however predominantly focused on MIG welding mild steel truck chassis and components from drawings.
Solid MIG welding skills are mandatory as is the ability to read structural drawings. Experience and expertise with a range of hand and electrical tools is also a requirement, as is a focus on safety, quality and attention to detail.
The work is quite physical and applicants will need to be fit, enthusiastic and enjoy hands-on work. The role would suit someone who can MIG weld and has experience working with power tools and enjoys manufacturing roles and making things with their hands.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with ongoing work as a casual for approximately three months before being offered a permanent position (based on performance), competitive pay rate and the opportunity for overtime.
