Capture Recruitment is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and self-motivated Manufacturing Machine Operators to join their growing team working for a national company who manufacture Customised Polyurethane screening solutions for over 30 years.

Duties will include:
  • Setting up of moulds and related tooling
  • A Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate both hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Manual handling of equipment and product (16kg)
  • Cleaning and trimming of tools and assist in changeover and upkeep of tools
  • General housekeeping duties within manufacturing environment
  • Filing in required paperwork accurately
  • Quality Assurance
To be successful you will have:
  • Manufacturing industry experience (plastics experience an advantage)
  • Good eye for detail
  • Alibility to work in a small team environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Be flexible to work overtime (including Saturdays)
  • Motivated and focused on delivering quality outcomes
