We are working with a well respected and major Engineering Company located in the Southern Suburbs and due to an increased workload and the award of new long term contracts we are looking for an experienced Stores Person to join our client with the view to go Permanent.
The Stores Person role is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates with a proven background in a high level and high volume stores environment.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent experience within the same role
- Fork lift ticket and extensive Fork Lift experience essential
- MR Truck Licence
- Picking and Packing experience
- Can carry out "hands on" tasks that require a high level of physically fitness
- Has excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Have a "pro-active" work attitude, possessing initiative, can work under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills
- Have a good attitude and a team player
- Good commitment to safe working practices
- Knowledge of Metal Fabrication a bonus
- Immediate Start
- Able to commit to long term
