HVAC Consolidated is a Shared Services Company of associative air conditioning & heating companies that provide services and solutions throughout the HVAC industry, from domestic to commercial alike. This role will be primarily based at our Warehouse in Clayton with travel to our other branches as required - a company vehicle is provided for this travel.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Picking of daily jobs as requested;
- Ensuring all materials are picked from the daily pick tickets;
- Reviewing all picked jobs to ensure accuracy prior to pick up by customers;
- Unloading deliveries and distributing stock to the correct locations in the most efficient manner;
- Recording any abnormalities on all delivery dockets/ paperwork and notifying the purchasing department accordingly;
- Putting stock away in the relevant layout as assigned in warehouse stock layout model;
- Processing of returns daily including following up with purchasing on ETA's on pickups;
- Accurate forklift driving to ensure the elimination of product damage.
Who you are.:
- You will have a current LF licence with experience using both counter balance and high reach forklifts;
- You will come from a warehouse/supply chain background and have experience in picking and packing and forklift operations.
- You're willing to travel to our other branches as required (company vehicle provided for the purposes of this travel);
- Possess high standards of customer / client service;
- Have a technical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills;
- Committed to working and maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
- Whilst not essential, previous experience within the heating and air conditioning industry would be an advantage.
