Bev-Tech Engineering is a labour hire company that supplies quality personnel to large manufacturing companies, primarily in the Western Suburbs. We are a small operation, which means that unlike other labour hire companies, you won't be just another number to us. We are seeking more exceptional employees, to fill roles that are available now, as well as upcoming roles. These positions are ongoing with the opportunity to go permanent.
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators, with a good mechanical aptitude, to work across all beverage manufacturing lines.

What we require from you:
- Reliability and commitment to shifts;
- Availability to work a minimum of 28 hours+;
- Availability to work weekends and shift work - days, afternoons and nights;
- Own reliable transport;
- Good hygiene practices;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to follow direction;
- Can do attitude;
- Current Forklift licence and Forklift driver experience
Other skills that are desirable but not essential:
- Previous experience working in a food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment;
- Previous machine operator experience;
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting capabilities;
- Can do attitude;
- FMCG experience;
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP and OH&S principles
- Good mechanical aptitude.
Although previous experience is desirable, we believe that a good work ethic, the ability to pick up new things quickly and a good attitude is sometimes more important. Therefore, if you do not have previous experience as a Machine Operator, we would still like to hear from you.
