TechnipFMC office in Perth is entering an exciting growth period as a result of success on mature Frame Agreements for Engineering Services combined with recent project awards. Our forecast for Tendering and new projects justifies a strategic view to hiring new team members.

To support the growth of the Quality Department there is an exciting opportunity available for a Project Quality Manager (SPS products & systems) to join the team. Reporting into the Project Manager, this role will involve performing and facilitating quality activities in accordance with TechnipFMC’s Quality Management System, business processes and project requirements.

• Develop and implement Project Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in consultation with Project Management Team.
• Deliver Project Quality Deliverables, such as Project Quality Management Plan, Equipment Criticality Matrix, Project Audit Plan, Project ITP’s etc., as required by each individual client and project.
• Establish the Index of Project Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) for Customer approval.
• Plan requirement for and ensure effective use of Quality Assurance, Quality Surveillance and Quality Inspection resources throughout execution of project.
• Act as Quality Team leader for all dedicated project Quality resources, including quality assurance / control personnel in other TechnipFMC entities, as part of the project execution.
• Involved in criticality assessment on product level to ensure right level of quality assurance and inspection activities.
• Participate in Project Stage Gates (Quality) review.
• Manage External Verification Scope (Design & Fabrication), where applicable.

• Formal qualification in Engineering or Quality (degree / diploma / trade qualification).
• Quality Systems Lead Auditor.

• A high level of experience in Quality Management and delivery in all phases of major and minor SPS projects.
• Thorough understanding of national / international Quality standards, especially ISO 9001.
• Understanding of API Q2 and ISO/TS 29001 is desirable.
• Thorough understanding of quality management principles and ability to apply them to a project management process.
• Proven auditing skills as a Lead Auditor.
• Training session development and presentation.
• Computer literacy
