The company manufactures and markets some of the finest coffees and beverage dispensing systems in Australia.
An opportunity exists for a Procurement Officer to join our procurement team. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Purchasing packaging materials, office consumables, equipment and miscellaneous products according to required lead times.
- Expediting purchase orders and following through to ensure that materials are delivered to schedule and ensuring the timely supply of required materials.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintaining inventory and product pricing
- Processing invoices and resolving invoicing problems with vendors as required.
- General administration duties associated with the purchasing department
- Undertaking Special projects related to the purchasing department as directed.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
You will have 2 – 5 years’ experience and have had exposure to some procurement and MRP / ERP.
