Club Assist is a global organisation which partners with trusted motoring organisations worldwide and is a leader in automotive club branded roadside and support services and improves member experiences through the provision of automotive battery supply and roadside replacement, automotive glass repair and replacement.

Reporting to the Automotive Service Delivery Manager, this pivotal role will see you provide support to our expanding fleet of Roadside Responders. The role will suit an individual who thrives on working in fast paced environments, shows initiative, solutions orientated and has great organisational skills. 

Key accountabilities will include;

  • Managing the maintenance and associated repair schedule and arrangements for the Responder Fleet (approx. 45 vehicles) - ensuring that there are always sufficient vehicles and equipment in the field
  • Working with the frontline managers around addressing any day to day issues associated with the fleet and utilisation of the spares vehicles within the fleet
  • Working closely with the approved suppliers and key contacts to ensure that all maintenance & associated repairs are to the appropriate level and within the agreed timeframes
  • Develop a rolling maintenance schedule that looks at the end to end life cycle of fleet and core equipment and appropriate rotation arrangements to ensure that assets are not written off prior to agreed timeframes
  • Provide frequent reporting and updates on fleet and equipment to key customer contacts as well as attending to regular meetings
