APS are seeking experience reach and counterbalance forklift drivers to join a massive new online based client in Truganina.

Not only will you be working for a big name in Transport and Logistics but you will be apart of the team for an extremely well known homewares company.

Successful candidates would be required to perform duties such as:

• Confidently operating a reach forklift
• Confidently operating a counterbalance forklift
• Picking orders
• Replenishments
• Putaways
• Move stock
• RF scanning
• Loading and unload of trucks/containers
• Manual handling (up to 25 kgs)
• General labouring and house keeping as required

There are two shifts available:

6:00am - 2:00pm
or
10:00am - 6:00pm
You could be selected for any of these shifts so flexibility is key to securing these roles

This shift will be on-going Monday to Friday for the right candidate.

You must be willing to undertake and pass a medical assessment and police check. APS will organise this for you at your expense. The total cost is $340 which will be deducted from your pay once you commence work over a 4 week period.

To be successful for this role you will need:

• Recent experience operating a reach forklift
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Must have LF licence and experience
• Contactable referees to verify your reach/counterbalance forklift experience
• Able to move at a fast pace
• Ability to lift up to 25kgs repetitively
• Excellent attention to detail - orders must be 100% accurate
• Own PPE (High visibility gear)
• Positive attitude
• Available to work 5 days a week plus overtime as required
