What is the opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy we are going through major transformation and require a skilled Project Manager to help in this process. The projects/programmes you will be involved with have a business transformation/business improvement focus. You will ensure the rapid pace and large scale of change is managed effectively. Working collaboratively with your stakeholders you will ensure a common vision and path to success exists whilst ensuring rigorous project management and control disciplines are in place.

Additionally you will be responsible for:

  • Actively supporting functional leaders with the scoping, planning and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
  • Devising and delivering project plans, timelines and gantt charts, governance frameworks and project metrics
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and developing business cases to support change management strategies

Are you the ideal candidate?

Tertiary qualified, with formal qualifications, you are a project management professional with a successful track record in managing a broad array of business engagement programs. Experience within large and complex organisations ideally across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement or FMCG you will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have the ability to operate within an ever-changing landscape. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills allow you to engage stakeholders from the shop floor through to the senior leadership team. Your resilience and ability not to lose sight of the end goal will set you apart from your peers.
