Storeperson with Forklift Experience Required!
Our client are a global operating company that engineers, designs, manufactures after-market support equipment, systems and turnkey facilities used to process and move natural gas from the wellhead to the pipeline. We are currently seeking an experienced storeperson with relevant forklift experience for an ongoing casual role based in Eagle Farm, QLD. The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start.
Aspects of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Forklift operation to load and unload trucks
- Picking and packing of stock
- Receiving stock
- Checking products off accordingly
- Stacking goods into correct storage bays
- Manual handling of product (up to 20kgs)
- General warehouse duties
To be successful, candidates must have:
- Must have valid LF Licence with relevant experience
- Experience in a mechanical, engineering or electrical spare parts environment preferred
- Great attention to material number details and product identification markings
- Must have a sense of urgency to meet customer deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize whilst ensuring care and accuracy are taken into account only a daily basis
- Available to commence work immediately
- Ability to lift up to 20kgs repetitively
