The opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy we are focusing on optimising existing networks and building better solutions for clients. In this role you will work on solving complex issues through operations analysis, providing process improvement ideas and contributing to network optimisation. Working across the Toll network you will have the opportunity to influence a range of customers, stakeholders and project sponsors.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to project managers on a range of optimisation projects
  • Complex analysis through computer modelling and route planning software
  • Proactively uncovering cost saving and time saving recommendations
  • Identifying and recommending any continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to a major shift in Toll’s service offering

The ideal candidate?

You will need passion and ability with data analysis and insights. Any background across logistics, engineering, manufacturing or industrial environemtns would be considered. You will possess superior MS Excel skills with experience in operational and commercial analysis.
